§ 11-4.2 When personal and representative causes of action may be joined\n Actions or proceedings brought against a personal representative\npersonally and in his representative capacity may be joined. In such\ncase a judgment for the plaintiff must clearly indicate whether it is\nawarded against the defendant personally or in his representative\ncapacity.\n
