§ 10-8.3 Rule against perpetuities; facts to be considered\n  When the permissible period of the rule against perpetuities must be\ncomputed from the time of the creation of the power of appointment,\nfacts and circumstances existing on the effective date of the instrument\nexercising the power shall be taken into account in determining the\nvalidity of interests created by the instrument exercising the power.\n
