§ 1-2.7 Fiduciary\n A fiduciary is a person who meets the description, in this part, of a\n"personal representative" or who is designated by the creator or by the\ncourt to act as an assignee for the benefit of creditors, or a\ncommittee, conservator, curator, custodian, guardian, trustee or donee\nof a power during minority.\n
