§ 9-1107. Fire towns.\n The following towns, including the area within the boundaries of\nincorporated villages, are hereby designated as "fire towns": All towns\nin Essex and Hamilton counties; the towns of Altona, Ausable, Black\nBrook, Dannemora, Ellenburg and Saranac, Clinton county; the towns of\nAndes, Colchester, Hancock and Middletown, Delaware county; the towns of\nAltamont, Belmont, Brighton, Duane, Franklin, Harrietstown, Santa Clara\nand Waverly, Franklin county; the towns of Bleecker, Caroga, Mayfield,\nNorthampton and Stratford, Fulton county; the towns of Hunter, Jewitt,\nLexington and Windham, Greene county; the towns of Ohio, Russia,\nSalisbury and Webb, Herkimer county; the towns of Crogham, Diana, Grieg,\nLyonsdale and Watson, Lewis county; the towns of Forestport and Remsen,\nOneida county; the towns of Corinth, Day, Edinburg and Hadley, Saratoga\ncounty; the towns of Clare, Clifton, Colton, Fine, Hopkinton,\nParishville, Piercefield, Pitcairn, Saint Lawrence county; the towns of\nNeversink, Rockland, Sullivan county; the towns of Denning, Gardiner,\nHardinburgh, Olive, Rochester, Shandaken, Shawangunk, Wawarsing and\nWoodstock, Ulster county; the towns of Bolton, Chester, Hague, Horicon,\nJohnsburgh, Lake George, Luzerne, Queensbury, Stoney Creek, Thurman and\nWarrensburgh, Warren county; the towns of Dresden, Fort Ann and Putnam,\nWashington County.\n
