§ 9-0715. Cooperating owner.\n  A cooperating forest or farm woodland owner shall be an owner of\nforest land within a forest region who shall agree with the commissioner\nor his representative to comply with the approved forest practice\nstandards of the forest region, in which his land is located, for a\nspecified period of time which may be extended from time to time by\nmutual consent and may be reduced to writing at the option of the\ncommissioner. The failure of such owner to comply with the provisions of\nsuch agreement will relieve the commissioner and the state forthwith\nfrom the obligation to render to any such failing owner any state\nassistance provided for in section 9-0713. The commissioner may provide\nlimited or sample services to non-cooperating owners with such owners'\nconsent and without agreement.\n
