§ 71-0715. Rules of evidence applicable to forest fire cases.\n  1. Prima facie cause on railroad right of way. The fact that a fire\noriginates upon the right of way of a railroad shall be prima facie\nevidence that the fire was caused by the negligence of the railroad\ncompany.\n  2. Prima facie cause in clearing lands. Whenever a fire has been set\nfor the purpose specified in subdivision 5 of section 9-1105 in any of\nthe fire towns it shall be prima facie evidence that the fire was\nstarted by the owner or occupant of the land.\n
