Allocation of moneys

§ 56-0103. Allocation of moneys.\n  The moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant to\nthe Clean Water/Clean Air Bond Act of 1996  shall be disbursed in the\nfollowing amounts pursuant to appropriations as specifically provided\nfor in titles 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of this article:\n  1.  For creation of a state safe drinking water program as set forth\nin title 2 of this article, three hundred fifty-five million dollars\n($355,000,000).\n  2.  For preserving, enhancing, restoring and improving the quality of\nwater as set forth in title 3 of this article, seven hundred ninety\nmillion dollars ($790,000,000).\n  3.  For solid waste projects as set forth in title 4 of  this article,\none hundred seventy-five million dollars ($175,000,000).\n  4.  For restoring and improving contaminated areas and returning them\nto productive use as set forth in title 5 of this article, two hundred\nmillion dollars ($200,000,000).\n  5.  For preserving, enhancing, restoring and maintaining the quality\nof the air as set forth in title 6 of this article, two hundred thirty\nmillion dollars ($230,000,000).\n
