§ 54-0109. Fiscal reporting.\n  1. No later than fifteen days after the end of each fiscal year\nquarter, the department shall report to the director of the budget, the\nchairperson of the senate finance committee, the chairperson of the\nassembly ways and means committee and the public on the status of each\nproject receiving state assistance payments pursuant to this article.\nEach state agency, department, public authority or public benefit\ncorporation administering any project or program pursuant to this\narticle shall assist the department in the preparation of the report and\nshall provide information as required by the department. Such report\nshall include as applicable for each category, subcategory and project:\n  (a) total appropriations;\n  (b) total project costs;\n  (c) total commitments;\n  (d) total outstanding encumbrances;\n  (e) total year to date disbursements;\n  (f) total life to date disbursements; and\n  (g) total remaining uncommitted balance.\n  2. Such report shall also contain the percentage and amount of funding\ndirected to facilitate disabled access to department and office of\nparks, recreation and historic preservation owned or managed facilities.\n
