§ 37-0913. Notice to retailers and the public.\n  1. A manufacturer of a children's product containing a high-priority\nchemical shall notify persons that offer the children's product for sale\nor distribution in the state, in a form prescribed by the department, of\nthe use of such high-priority chemical and provide such persons with\ninformation regarding the toxicity of such chemical, except that this\nsubdivision shall apply to trace contaminants in a manner consistent\nwith section 37-0907 of this title.\n  2. The department shall provide information to the public about\nchildren's products containing chemicals of concern or high priority\nchemicals by posting such information as reported by the manufacturers\non the department's website, provided however, that the department shall\nnot be held liable for the accuracy of a manufacturer's report.\n
