§ 33-0911. Certification and registration fees.\n  1. Every applicant for pesticide applicator certification shall pay an\nexamination fee of one hundred dollars for each examination.\n  2. Fees for pesticide applicator certification shall be four hundred\nfifty dollars for commercial pesticide applicator certification in one\nindividual category, one hundred fifty dollars for each additional\ncategory and one hundred fifty dollars for each additional sub-category\nchosen. For private applicators a fee of twenty-five dollars for the\ninitial certified private applicator and five dollars for subsequent\napplicators on the same farm or business shall be charged at the time of\ninitial certification, renewal of certification or recertification.\n  3. Pesticide businesses shall pay a registration fee of nine hundred\ndollars. When the applicant regularly maintains or operates more than\none business address a fee may be required for each of the applicant's\nbusiness addresses in the state. Any agency which is a state agency,\nmunicipal corporation, public authority, or college shall be exempt from\nany fee for registration.\n
