§ 27-1209. Rules and regulations.\n The department shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary and\nappropriate to carry out the purposes of this title and shall at a\nminimum include such provisions for requisite due process and meaningful\npublic participation as are appropriate to any action undertaken\npursuant to this title, taking into consideration the nature and degree\nof any public health impacts and the urgency of any need for\ninvestigation or remediation of contamination.\n
