§ 21-0711. Prior to project approval.\n No project requiring a license, permit or other approval by any agency\nor officer of this state, or any subdivision thereof, shall be given any\nsuch license, permit, or approval, if such project requires approval of\nthe Delaware river basin commission pursuant to the compact and such has\nnot been given.\n
