§ 5-1002. Authorization to share registration records with multistate\nvoter list maintenance organization. 1. Notwithstanding any other\nprovision of law, the member representative designated under section\n5-1001 of this title shall provide to the multistate voter list\nmaintenance organization that they are a member of the following\ninformation from the statewide voter registration list as defined in\nsection 5-614 of this article:\n (a) all name fields;\n (b) all address fields;\n (c) date of birth;\n (d) state voter identification number;\n (e) voter's last registration date;\n (f) activity dates as defined by the multistate voter list maintenance\norganization;\n (g) voter history;\n (h) DMV ID number; and\n (i) last four digits of the voter's social security number.\n 2. The member representative designated under section 5-1001 of this\ntitle shall also provide any information to the multistate voter list\nmaintenance organization provided to such member representative from the\ndepartment of motor vehicles pursuant to section two hundred nineteen-a\nof the vehicle and traffic law.\n 3. The state board of elections shall not provide any information on\nany person in the confidential voter program pursuant to section 5-508\nof this article for any purpose under this title. Nothing in this title\nshall be construed to require the department of motor vehicles to\nprovide any information on any person in such program.\n 4. The state board of elections is authorized to promulgate any rule\nor regulation necessary to effectuate the provisions of this title.\n
