§ 17-160. Procuring fraudulent documents in order to vote. 1. Any\nperson who knowingly and wilfully procures from any court, judge, clerk\nor other officer, any document with intent to enable himself or any\nother person to register for or vote at any election when he or such\nother person is not entitled to exercise the elective franchise; or\n 2. Any person who knowingly and wilfully presents to any election\nofficer for the purpose of having himself or any other person placed\nupon any list or registry of voters or for the purpose of enabling\nhimself or any other person to vote at any election, any false document,\nis guilty of a felony.\n
