§ 4301. New York State School for the Blind. The New York State\nInstitution for the Blind established by chapter five hundred\neighty-seven of the laws of eighteen hundred sixty-five and the acts\nsupplemental thereto and renamed the "New York State School for the\nBlind" by chapter five hundred sixty-three of the laws of eighteen\nhundred ninety-five, is continued under the jurisdiction and control of\nthe education department.\n
