§ 3028-b. Notification of teachers' duty to provide information and\nimmunity from liability. Each school shall annually provide to each\nteacher and all other school officials a written explanation concerning\nthe reporting of pupil drug abuse, child abuse, and child abuse in an\neducational setting including the immunity provisions of section three\nthousand twenty-eight-a of this article and section eleven hundred\ntwenty-six of this chapter and sections four hundred thirteen and four\nhundred nineteen of the social services law. The commissioner, with the\nassistance and cooperation of the commissioner of children and family\nservices and the commissioner of criminal justice services, shall\nfurnish each school district with the required information. Such\ninformation shall be updated by the commissioner at least once each\nschool year.\n
