Penalty for disobedience to library law, rules or orders

§ 280. Penalty for disobedience to library law, rules or orders.  The\ncommissioner of education is hereby authorized to withhold its share of\npublic school moneys from any city or district which uses school library\nmoneys for any other purpose than that for which they are provided, or\nfor any wilful neglect or disobedience of the law or the rules or orders\nof said commissioner in the premises.\n
