Injuries to property

§ 264. Injuries to property.  Whoever intentionally injures, defaces\nor destroys any property belonging to or deposited in any incorporated\nlibrary, reading-room, museum or other educational institution, shall be\npunished by imprisonment in a state prison for not more than three\nyears, or in a county jail for not more than one year, or by a fine of\nnot more than five hundred dollars, or by both such fine and\nimprisonment.\n
