§ 91. Change of location. Any institution, without complying with any\nprovision of law requiring approval or application for approval of a\nchange of location of its place or places of business, may from time to\ntime change the location of any of its places of business with respect\nto which an acute emergency exists to another location within this state\nwhich shall be as near as practicable to the place at which such place\nof business was located at the commencement of the period of acute\nemergency, and may carry on its business at such new location during\nsuch period of acute emergency and thereafter for a reasonable time. Any\ninstitution changing the location of any place of business pursuant to\nthe provisions of this paragraph shall notify the superintendent thereof\nin writing as soon as practicable before or after the date of such\nchange, stating the address of the place of business whose location is\nbeing changed, the address of the location to which such place of\nbusiness is being changed, and the dates when the institution is ceasing\nto do business at the former location and commencing to do business at\nthe latter location.\n
