§ 118. Unlawful possession and use of identification cards and badges\n1. As used in this section the following terms shall mean and include:\n  (a) "Identification card." Any card or pass issued for the purpose of\nestablishing the identity of any person and the right of such person to\nbe in or on any premises described in this section.\n  (b) "Identification badge." Any badge of metal or other composition,\nto be worn by any person for the purpose of establishing his identity or\nright to be in or on any premises described in this section.\n  2. Any person to whom there has been issued an identification card or\nidentification badge by any agency of the state or of any political\nsubdivision thereof or by any corporation, firm or individual operating\nany factory, warehouse, storage house, manufacturing, printing or\npublishing establishment, mechanical or mercantile establishment, or any\nplant of any kind, or any mine, colliery or quarry, or any electric\nrailway, steam railway, water, sewage, gas, electric light, power,\ntransmission, heating, refrigerating, telephone, telegraph or other\npublic service property in this state, in which or upon which any person\nis required to have a special identification card or identification\nbadge before entering therein or thereon as an employee or visitor,\nshall, upon the termination of his or her employment or the expiration\nof the time limits of an authorized visit, immediately surrender the\nsame to the issuer thereof, and it shall be unlawful for any person to\npossess or use any such identification card or identification badge\nafter the termination of such employment or the expiration of the time\nlimits of an authorized visit.\n  3. Any person finding or coming into possession of an identification\ncard or identification badge, except through authorized issuance, shall\nimmediately surrender the same to any peace officer or the officer in\ncharge of the nearest police station.\n  4. Any person who wilfully violates any of the provisions of this\nsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be\npunished by imprisonment of not more than ten days or a fine of not more\nthan fifty dollars, or both.\n
