§ 37. Constitutionality. If any provision of this article or the\napplication thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the\ninvalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications thereof\nwhich can be given effect without the invalid provision or application,\nand to this end the provisions of this article are declared to be\nseverable.\n
