§ 133. Petitioner's property still liable. Notwithstanding such a\ndischarge, the judgment creditor in the execution has the same remedies,\nagainst the property of the petitioner, for any sum due upon his\njudgment, which he had before the execution was issued; but the\npetitioner shall not, except as is otherwise specially prescribed in the\nnext section, be again imprisoned by virtue of an execution upon the\nsame judgment, or arrested in an action thereupon.\n
