Rule 2606. Obtaining order for payment out of court. Unless otherwise\ndirected by the judgment or order under which the property was paid into\ncourt, an order for the payment of property out of court shall be made\nonly:\n 1. on motion with notice to all parties who have appeared or filed a\nnotice of claim to such property; or\n 2. by special proceeding. In either case the petition shall be\naccompanied by a copy of the judgment, order or other paper under which\nthe property was paid into court, together with a certificate of the\ncounty treasurer or other depository of the property, showing the\npresent condition and amount thereof, and stating separately, in the\ncase of money, the amount of principal and interest.\n
