Allowance for expense of searches in certain cases

§ 28. Allowance for expense of searches in certain cases.  The court\nof claims, whenever the appraised value of the premises appropriated\nshall be less than two hundred dollars, shall in their award make a\nreasonable allowance for the expense of procuring the abstract of title\nand certificate of search as to incumbrances, which the statutes require\nshall be furnished the comptroller before payment of any damages which\nmay be awarded for the permanent appropriation of land or water.\n
