§ 94. Residence of assistant district attorneys. Notwithstanding any\ninconsistent provision of any state law, or of the New York city charter\nor administrative code of the city of New York, any duly appointed\nassistant district attorney in New York city may reside in any county\nother than the one in which he or she is employed without forfeiting his\nor her office or employment.\n
