§ 630.10 Securing attendance of witnesses confined in institutions\n within the state; in general.\n Under the circumstances prescribed in this article, a person confined\nin an institution within this state pursuant to a court order may, upon\napplication of a party to a criminal action or proceeding, demonstrating\nreasonable cause to believe that such person possesses information\nmaterial thereto, be produced by court order and compelled to attend\nsuch action or proceeding as a witness.\n
