§ 170.45 Motion to dismiss information, simplified traffic information,\n prosecutor's information or misdemeanor complaint;\n procedure.\n The procedural rules prescribed in section 210.45 with respect to the\nmaking, consideration and disposition of a motion to dismiss an\nindictment are also applicable to a motion to dismiss an information, a\nsimplified traffic information, a prosecutor's information or a\nmisdemeanor complaint.\n
