§ 130.40 Summons; service.\n 1. A summons may be served by a police officer, or by a complainant\nat least eighteen years old or by any other person at least eighteen\nyears old designated by the court.\n 2. A summons may be served anywhere in the county of issuance or\nanywhere in an adjoining county.\n
