§ 168-v. Prohibition of employment on motor vehicles engaged in retail\nsales of frozen desserts. No person required to maintain registration\nunder this article (sex offender registration act) shall operate, be\nemployed on or dispense goods for sale at retail on a motor vehicle\nengaged in retail sales of frozen desserts as defined in subdivision\nthirty-seven of section three hundred seventy-five of the vehicle and\ntraffic law.\n
