§ 507. Reporting. The corporation, beginning October first, two\nthousand twenty-seven, and annually thereafter provided program funds\nremain, shall submit a report to the governor, the temporary president\nof the senate, and the speaker of the assembly. Such annual report shall\ninclude, but need not be limited to: the number of business participants\nin the program, the total number of workers trained under the program in\ntotal and per participating business including an articulation of the\nnumber of workers that begin training, complete training, and are still\nemployed with the participating business one year after training is\ncompleted, the total program funding level allocated in total and per\nparticipating business, the regional economic development council region\nwherein each participating business resides, a breakdown between funding\nallocated to training, wages, and wraparound services, a summary of the\nskills or type of training provided per participating business, and such\nother information as the commissioner determines is necessary and\nappropriate. Additionally, in all years in which the program is fully\noperational, such report shall include noteworthy projects which serve\nto highlight the developments occurring in New York state as a result of\nthe program. Such report shall be included on the corporation's website\nand all program participants shall also be included in the database of\neconomic incentives as defined in section fifty-eight of section one of\nchapter one hundred seventy-four of the laws of nineteen hundred\nsixty-eight constituting the urban development corporation act.\n
