Authority of state agencies

§ 347. Authority of state agencies. All agencies of the state are\nauthorized, but are not required, to make and enter into agreements with\nthe local organizing committee to provide the local organizing committee\nwith:\n  (a) such public services as are customarily performed or available\nfrom the agency as may be needed by the local organizing committee to\nhost the games; and\n  (b) such access to and use of any real and personal property owned or\ncontrolled by the agency as may be needed by the local organizing\ncommittee to host the games.\n
