§ 392. Visitation and inspection. The resident officer of the hospital\nshall admit the managers into every part of the hospital and the\npremises and give them access on demand to all books, papers, accounts\nand records pertaining to the hospital and shall furnish copies,\nabstracts and reports whenever required by them. All hospitals\nestablished or maintained under the provisions of this article shall be\nsubject to inspection by any duly authorized representative of the state\ndepartment of social welfare, the state department of health, of the\nstate charities aid association and of the board of supervisors of the\ncounty; and the resident officers shall admit such representatives into\nevery part of the hospital and its buildings, and give them access on\ndemand to all records, reports, books, papers and accounts pertaining to\nthe hospital.\n
