§ 280-z. Jurisdiction of other state agencies. The powers and duties\nof the state department of environmental conservation, the water\npollution control board, or any other state department or agency\nheretofore or hereafter exercised or conferred shall not be altered or\nabridged by any of the provisions of this article.\n
