* § 1815. Appearance by non-attorney representatives. The court may\npermit, upon the request of a party, that a non-attorney representative,\nwho is related by consanguinity or affinity to such party, be allowed to\nappear on behalf of such party when the court finds that due to the age,\nmental or physical capacity or other disability of such party that it is\nin the interests of justice to permit such representation.
