§ 68-a. Registered organization adult-use cultivator processor\ndistributor retail dispensary license. 1. A registered organization\ncultivator processor distributor retail dispensary license shall have\nthe same authorization and conditions as adult-use cultivator, adult-use\nprocessor, adult-use distributor and adult-use retail dispensary\nlicenses issued pursuant to this article provided, however that the\nlocation of its adult-use dispensaries shall be limited to only three of\nthe organization's medical dispensaries' premises and facilities\nauthorized pursuant to article three of this chapter, and that it may\nonly distribute its own products. Provided further that such registered\norganization shall maintain its medical cannabis license and continue\noffering medical cannabis to a degree established by regulation of the\nboard. Such license does not qualify such organization for any other\nadult-use license.\n 2. A person holding a registered organization adult-use cultivator\nprocessor distributor retail dispensary license may not also hold\nanother retail dispensary license pursuant to this article and no\nregistered organization adult-use cultivator processor distributor\nretail dispensary shall have a direct or indirect interest, including by\nstock ownership, interlocking directors, mortgage or lien, personal or\nreal property, management agreement, share parent companies or\naffiliated organizations, or any other means, in any premises licensed\nas an adult-use cannabis retail dispensary or in any business licensed\nas an adult-use cannabis retail dispensary.\n
