§ 40. Relation to other laws. 1. The provisions of this article shall\napply, except that where a provision of this article conflicts with\nanother provision of this chapter, this article shall apply.\n 2. Medical cannabis shall not be deemed to be a "drug" for purposes of\narticle one hundred thirty-seven of the education law.\n
