* § 19. Tickets to indicate purchase price. All tickets of admission\nto any boxing, sparring or professional wrestling match or exhibition\nshall be controlled by the provisions of article 25 of the arts and\ncultural affairs law. It shall be unlawful for any person or corporation\nto admit to such match or exhibition a number of people greater than the\nseating capacity of the place where such contest is held. Violation of\nthis section shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as such and\nin addition shall incur forfeiture of license.\n * NB Effective until July 1, 2021\n * § 19. Tickets to indicate purchase price. All tickets of admission\nto any boxing, sparring or professional wrestling match or exhibition\nshall bear clearly upon the face thereof the purchase price of same, and\nno such tickets shall be sold by such licensee for more than such price\nas printed thereon, or by any other person coming into possession of the\nsame for a price in excess of fifty cents in advance of such printed\nprice. It shall be unlawful for any person or corporation to admit to\nsuch match or exhibition a number of people greater than the seating\ncapacity of the place where such contest is held. Violation of this\nsection shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as such and in\naddition shall incur forfeiture of license.\n * NB Effective July 1, 2021\n * NB Repealed September 1, 2016\n
