§ 702. When to take effect. This act, except the repeal of chapters\nthree hundred forty-eight of the laws of nineteen hundred ten and three\nhundred ninety-three of the laws of nineteen hundred eleven, shall take\neffect immediately; and the repeal of chapters three hundred forty-eight\nof the laws of nineteen hundred ten and three hundred ninety-three of\nthe laws of nineteen hundred eleven, shall take effect on November\nfirst, nineteen hundred fourteen.\n
