§ 221-k. Separability of provisions. If any provision of this article,\nor the application of such provision to any person, entity or\ncircumstance, shall be held invalid, the remainder of the article, and\nthe application of such provision to persons, entities or circumstances\nother than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected\nthereby.\n
