§ 113. Change of location; change of designation of principal office.\nAny bank or trust company may make a written application to the\nsuperintendent, such application to be accompanied by an investigation\nfee as prescribed pursuant to section eighteen-a of this chapter, for\nleave to change its place or one of its places of business to another\nplace in the state or for leave to change the designation of its\nprincipal office to a branch office and to change the designation of one\nof its branch offices to its principal office. The application shall\nstate the reasons for such proposed change.\n Such change may be made upon the written approval of the\nsuperintendent. If the superintendent shall grant his certificate\nauthorizing the change of location, as provided in article two of this\nchapter, the bank or trust company may, upon or after the day specified\nin the certificate, remove its property and effects to the location\ndesignated therein.\n
