§ 6. If the amount paid by the port authority to the state of New\nJersey pursuant to the preceding section of this act shall be less than\nan amount which, together with the moneys then in the sinking fund\nestablished by chapter three hundred and fifty-two of the laws of New\nJersey of nineteen hundred twenty and chapter two hundred and sixty-two\nof the laws of New Jersey of nineteen hundred twenty-four, hereinafter\ncalled the New Jersey Camden bridge-Holland tunnel sinking fund (other\nthan moneys set apart to pay interest for the then current year upon the\nbonds of the state of New Jersey authorized by the aforesaid acts of the\nstate of New Jersey, hereinafter called New Jersey Camden bridge-Holland\ntunnel bonds), will be equal to the principal amount of the then\noutstanding New Jersey Camden bridge-Holland tunnel bonds, then and in\nsuch event, the port authority shall in addition pay to the state of New\nJersey an amount which, together with the amount paid under and pursuant\nto the preceding section hereof and the moneys then in said New Jersey\nCamden bridge-Holland tunnel sinking fund, will be equal to the\nprincipal amount of the then outstanding New Jersey Camden\nbridge-Holland tunnel bonds; and shall, moreover, pay to the state of\nNew York a like amount.\n
