§ 96-z-12. Unlawful decharacterization and labeling of inedible meat.\nA person is guilty of unlawful decharacterization and labeling of\ninedible meat when he knowingly and unlawfully fails to decharacterize\nand label such meat in a manner prescribed by the commissioner. Unlawful\ndecharacterization and labeling of inedible meat is a class A\nmisdemeanor.\n
