§ 258-o. The commissioner is hereby authorized and directed to make a\nstudy of the sanitary regulations, codes and rules applicable to milk\nand milk products produced in the state of New York, and to study and\nreport to the governor the possible economic impact of a national\nsanitation act upon New York milk production and New York dairy farmers.\n
