§ 256. Entry, inspection and investigation. Any employee designated\nfor the purpose shall have access to and may enter at all reasonable\nhours all places where milk is being stored, bottled or manufactured, or\nwhere milk or milk products are being bought, sold or handled, or where\nthe books, papers, records or documents relating to such transactions\nare kept, and shall have power to inspect and copy the same in any place\nwithin the state, and may administer oaths and take testimony for the\npurpose of ascertaining facts which in the judgment of the commissioner\nare necessary to administer this chapter.\n
