§ 210-a. Pork processing.  For the purpose of preventing trichinosis,\nthe commissioner is hereby authorized to require any person who\nmanufactures, sells, offers for sale, or delivers any article of food\ncontaining any muscle tissue of pork customarily eaten without cooking\nto process such food in the manner prescribed by the department.\n
