§ 151-c. Program participation. Farm owners or operators shall be\ndeemed to be participating in the AEM program if they have documented in\na manner prescribed by the state soil and water conservation committee\nthat they are complying with program principles, standards, and\nprocedures as developed by the state soil and water conservation\ncommittee, in partnership with the department of environmental\nconservation.\n
