§ 23.21. Violations and penalties. Any person, partnership,\ncorporation, company, trust or association willfully violating any of\nthe provisions of this article or any rule or regulation issued\nthereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not\nmore than five hundred dollars, or imprisonment for not more than one\nyear, or both.\n
