§ 20.47. Application of law. Any other provision of any other law to\nthe contrary notwithstanding, all of the applicable provisions of the\ngeneral municipal law, or of any other law, shall apply to the New York\nstate cultural resources act herein continued in the same manner as if\nthe language of such law had been incorporated in full into this\narticle, except to the extent that such provisions are inconsistent with\nthe provisions of this article. For the purposes of article fifteen-A of\nthe executive law only, a trust shall be deemed a state agency as that\nterm is used in such article, and its contracts for design,\nconstruction, services and materials shall be deemed state contracts\nwithin the meaning of that term as set forth in such article.\n
