§ 20.43. Inconsistent provisions of other laws superseded. Insofar as\nthe provisions of this article and each special law enacted pursuant to\nthis article are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law,\ngeneral, special or local, the provisions of this article and each such\nspecial law shall be controlling.\n
