§ 1219. Petition. The petition shall describe the property with\nrespect to which the proceeding is instituted, the facts from which the\ncourt may find that the requirements of section twelve hundred fifteen\nof this article have been met and from which the presumptions set forth\nin section twelve hundred sixteen of this article may arise. It may\ninclude one or more items of property, as the attorney general may be\nadvised, without prejudice to his right subsequently to commence\nproceedings relating to other items not included, provided, however,\nthat when known owners or claimants are described as a class, the\nrequirements of section twelve hundred seventeen (a) (i) of this article\nmust be met.\n
